A-1 Performance Rooter & Plumbing

After dealing with rattling pipes for over a month, I finally called A1 plumbing, based on their good reviews. They didn’t disappoint, like others with ridiculous estimates. Brad is very knowledgeable and friendly. He and Jose identified the problem and the issue was fixed in no time. Jose is very professional and doesn’t cut corners. They came back the next day to fix a leak, and I got to meet Scott the owner, who is really down to earth. I highly recommend A-1 Performance, a company that can be trusted with fair prices and excellent service!

I have used A1 a couple times over the years , most recently this last week when I returned home from a trip and found that my main water pipe has finally decided to give up after many years. Bradley was out within an hour, assessed the issue, was honest ,helpful and upfront.He called Scott who also took time out to come over and go over details . The team were back by 830 am the next day and had replaced the pipe all the way to the street with as little upheaval as possible. These guys are experts , but also kind and considerate. I've had enough bad experiences with contractors out there to know when I've found solid people . Seriously, save yourself and your families time and just call these guys . I couldn't recommend a company more highly.

Scott and his brother Harry treat you like family. Scott is very professional and gives you a confident handshake. Harry, has a smile and let's my wife know, "everything will be okay". Had a last minute plumbing issue and needed help fast. We called A1 Performance Rooter & Plumbing and we were given a 2 hour time frame for same day service, and they showed up in 40 minutes. The Plumbing Technician Bradley showed up in a clean company logo uniform and service van. He was able to resolve our issue in under 30 minutes and was also very helpful in diagnosing a water leak. I would recommend this company if you’re looking for fast, reliable, and friendly service. Big thanks to Brad!

Today I contacted A-1 Performance to have my bath tub and sink snaked. They were both draining slow. Brad came out in a timely manner, and cleared the clogs. Thank you A-1 Performance for a job well done.

I called A-1 for a kitchen faucet leak. I was not expecting a same day visit, let alone someone showing up with an hour! Bradley was responsive, honest and professional. He quickly fixed the leaking faucet that I’d installed, and then proceeded to check the rest of kitchen plumbing to ensure no other leakage. I mentioned a bathroom shower leak that a different contractor had found the previous day and Bradley immediately offered to crawl under the house to take a look. After doing so, he was honest and told me that I did not have a plumbing issue. He then told me what I should do correct the issue myself. AN HONEST PLUMBER!! Bradley was a refreshing change from my previous plumber. Due to Bradley’s honest, integrity, sense of humor and professionalism, A-1 just gained a new customer. Michael H.
